Visitors may park at the front entrance of the facility off Shartel Avenue. Cell phones are permitted for kiosks located in the lobby area. While the lobby is open to the public during the hours indicated below, entrance beyond that area has restrictions. Weapons, drugs, alcohol or tobacco products are prohibited.
