About the Role
Essential Responsibilities:
• Administer and accurately record medications and various treatments as prescribed by the physician, following established policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Collect and document patients' current health status and medical history. Complete and review Admission Data Records in accordance with policy.
• Perform ongoing screening of patient status and respond to urgent/emergent situations appropriately, following established protocols.
• Monitor medication usage to ensure accountability and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Obtain, record, and report vital signs accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care using established procedures, policies, and standards.
• Assist other team members in their assignments as needed and directed by management.
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice as assigned.
Requirements
Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state of Oklahoma
Current CPR
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond appropriately to urgent situations
Knowledge of health care regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to pass a background check and Drug Screening.
